The World Health Organization is based on the belief that everyone has the right to good health and access to health care. The Organization for the Prevention of Blindness (OPC) has been in official working relationship with the WHO since 2000. The OPC assists countries in implementing the WHO recommendations in order to achieve the global goals set by the WHO as soon as possible.
